Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out and construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within the agreed timeline, budget, and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, scope, resource allocation, and budget estimates (mandatory requirement).
• Oversee and coordinate all fit-out operations across multiple project locations.
• Assign the appropriate number and type of workers, technicians, and subcontractors based on workload and project needs.
• Track daily progress to ensure tasks are carried out according to the approved project plan and timeline.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Identify potential risks early and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit required project status and progress reports.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and fulfill client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong capability in preparing complete project plans (timelines, budgeting, scope definition, manpower planning).
• Solid understanding of materials, techniques, and processes used in interior fit-out works.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across project sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle and supervise multiple projects at the same time.
• Good knowledge of on-site health and safety practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges quickly.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools such as MS Project, Excel, or basic AutoCAD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
