We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery to our CLIENTS of automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience and proven track record in driving digital transformation and process optimization.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for:

Lead end-to-end management of software (automation) projects from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and assess processes suitable for automation.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with business objectives.

Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and fulfill stakeholder requirements.

Coordinate between business analysts, developers, solution architects, and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for automation delivery and change management.

Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure automation benefits and ROI.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee external implementation partners when applicable.

Promote automation awareness and adoption across business units.
Must Have
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a must.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2–3 years leading intelligent automation initiatives.

Good knowledge of RPA, AI tools and workflow automation platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent English language spoken is a must.
