Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day interaction with the customer
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 20-30 engineers
  • Responsible for timely delivery and quality of deliverable for the team.
    Manage multiple projects, create proposals, and support the account growth by supporting the sales team
    Responsible for the financial, process, team performance and managing attrition

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in software development preferably in Java and related technologies
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven software development/management experience as an Agile Scrum master or similar role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PMO processes and financial management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles (SAFe preferred) and process
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing large teams and complex projects
  • Sound technical knowledge and knowledge of latest industry trends
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies and strong foundation of testing / automation frameworks.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, software and concepts quickly is essential.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional team without formal authority
  • Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills with the ability to multi -task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with diplomacy and tact, including when responding to resistance
  • Ability to work with an optimistic attitude both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understands the importance of data flow, data integrity, and business process efficiency, as well as the potential role technology could play to improve or enhance them
  • Works independently with limited guidance from manager

Desired Skills:

  • Any Relevant certifications:
    • PMP certification (PMI-PMP)
    • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
    • SAFe Agile
  • Experience in Delivering End to End Solutions in the Enterprise Space (Healthcare preferred).
  • Experience in development of Medical modality software, Medical Imaging platform
  • Knowledge in HealthCare Standards ®ulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA
