We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Projects Manager (Construction) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion, preparing and submitting tenders, and supporting business development activities to bring new opportunities to the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit tenders, proposals, and technical documents for upcoming projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s project portfolio.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management (required).
• Proven ability to generate business and build client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, standards, and procedures.
