Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end construction project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and authorities
• Oversee tendering, contracts, and procurement processes
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, financial reports, and progress updates
• Drive quality assurance and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE construction regulations
• Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications
• Manage project risks, identify issues early, and implement mitigation plans
• Facilitate progress meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture
• Lead project teams to achieve performance and delivery targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in the UAE (preferred)
• Proven track record managing residential, commercial, or government construction projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong financial and contract management knowledge
