About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager with strong experience in – Fit Out for Architectural Special Finishes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are met at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage fit-out projects from planning to handover.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

· Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

· Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and project specifications.

· Manage project resources, subcontractors, and teams efficiently.

· Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

· Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve site challenges promptly.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements:

· Must be based in the UAE.

· 3–5 years of proven experience managing fit-out projects in the UAE.

· Strong understanding of fit-out construction processes, materials, and local regulations.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
