Job Description – Project Manager (Contracting Company)
As a Project Manager at Macins Contracting LLC, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all stages of construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
- Ensure execution of works as per drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
2. Site Coordination & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of MEP, civil, and fit-out works.
- Review daily site reports and ensure accurate documentation.
3. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on project progress, challenges, and required decisions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong professional communication.
4. Budget, Cost Control & Procurement
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Approve materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
5. Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure all works meet company quality standards and UAE regulations.
- Enforce HSE policies and ensure site safety compliance.
- Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of quality issues.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead project teams and assign tasks efficiently.
- Guide engineers, supervisors, and technicians to meet project objectives.
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain a productive work environment.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare progress reports, method statements, and project documentation.
- Ensure proper closeout, snag rectification, and handover procedures.
- Maintain all project-related records and approvals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
