Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must have a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, hands-on expertise in site & project management, and must be Dubai Municipality approved for G+UNLIMITTED. The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete project cycle from planning to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage all phases of construction projects in line with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, work programs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with DM, DCD, DEWA, RTA, and other relevant authorities for all approvals, inspections, and submissions.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, material procurement, and minimize variations.
• Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents to ensure clarity in execution.
• Conduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for progress updates.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC and HSE standards across the project.
• Identify risks, delays, and technical issues, and apply corrective measures.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
• Ensure all completion certificates and necessary authority approvals are obtained.
• Perform regular site visits using a valid UAE driving license.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction projects.
• Dubai Municipality G+UNLIMITTED is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approval processes.
• Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and project documentation.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
