Project Manager

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in accordance with organizational and industry standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation or corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Mentor and guide project team members to develop internal capabilities.
• Participate in project governance and decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in oil & gas, LNG, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• PMP Certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Extensive experience with Qatar Energy (QP) Projects is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
