Qualifications Required:

- Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil).

Required Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management roles
  • At least 2 years of hands-on project management experience
  • Exposure to public sector clients or large-scale deployments
  • Background in urban infrastructure, technology, or operations-intensive environments, with exposure to Smart Parking Projects considered a strong plus

Technical Certification Required:

- PEC Registration. - MS Project - Primavera.

Job Description:

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

· Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and deliverables.

· Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, regulatory bodies, and vendors.

· Lead stakeholder meetings, status updates, and joint decision-making sessions.

· Ensure alignment with organizational goals, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

· Serve as the operational liaison with Authority, facilitating joint inspections, audits, and policy enforcement.

· Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track financial progress.

· Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

· Lead issue resolution through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

· Maintain documentation of incidents, decisions, and deviations from scope.

· Prepare and submit periodic project reports, dashboards, and performance updates.

· Maintain accurate records of project plans, changes, approvals, and audits.

· Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements

· Engage local trader associations to address complaints or issues related to site functionality, access, or service quality, and implement mutually beneficial solutions

· Enforce strict adherence to operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all parking lots.

· Support the Authority in implementing enforcement actions (e.g., fines, clamping, towing) in accordance with SOPs and legal protocols

· Lead the response to on-site Issues such as crowding, equipment failure, disputes, or non-compliance incidents.

· Ensure timely resolution of incidents and proper escalation if needed, while maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.

· Maintain incident logs and ensure lessons learned are integrated into SOP.
