The Project Manager is a critical role, responsible for leading a diverse team of 50 individuals in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. The successful candidate must have technical proficiency, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage community relations and labor disputes effectively with a strong focus on project management principles, compliance, and resource efficiency, the Project Manager is expected to drive the project to successful completion while fostering a safe and harmonious work environment.
Required Minimum 8- 10 Years Of Experience.

Must have proven experience in managing a diverse team, preferably within the Oil &
Gas or Petrochemical industry. Prior experience in managing remote teams is
particularly desirable given the geographically dispersed project zones.

conflicts through negotiation. This is essential to ensure smooth project operations and
a harmonious relationship with local communities.

Should possess a firm technical foundation and expertise in Oil & Gas operations to
enable effective leadership and informed decision-making.
Roles & Responsibilities

Lead project coordination and oversee all project activities to manage personnel effectively, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met within the agreed timeline and budget.

Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and local communities. This includes facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring everyone is aligned with the project objectives.

Regularly engage and negotiate with local landlords and community leaders to ensure smooth operations, mitigate potential disruptions, and address any concerns or disputes promptly and professionally.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans. This includes managing the project budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements, and tracking project progress against established milestones.

Coordinate with the CSS team and other personnel to ensure project objectives are met and any potential roadblocks are addressed promptly.

Implement and enforce effective conflict resolution strategies to manage and resolve conflicts, including employee and contractor strikes, thereby ensuring minimal disruption to project operations.

Strictly adhere to, and ensure the team's compliance with, HSE standards across all project activities. Regularly monitor and assess safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Regularly update senior management and other stakeholders on project status, including potential issues, risks, and mitigation strategies. This includes preparing detailed reports and presentations that accurately represent the project's progress.

Oversee the professional development of the team members, including providing necessary training and opportunities for skill enhancement.

Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure the project meets the highest quality standards and all deliverables align with project specifications.

Continually identify and implement improvements to project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
