Project Manager

About the Role

Experience Required 15+ years in IT with 10 years in CyberSecurity project delivery.

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of CyberSecurity projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity domains, project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, ensure quality delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Execution
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects eg SOC implementation, IAM, vulnerability management, cloud security
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively

• Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans regularly
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Team Leadership
• Manage cross-functional teams including security analysts, engineers, and consultants
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams

• Governance Compliance
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, frameworks eg NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements
• Drive audit readiness and compliance reporting

• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
• Implement best practices in cybersecurity delivery and project management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering complex cybersecurity projects
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (SOC, SIEM, IAM, DLP, etc.)
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management certification
• CISSP, CISM or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
