Project Manager

We are a leading aluminium and glass doors & windows company in Dubai, looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple site projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all site projects related to aluminium, glass, doors, windows, and façade works
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and site teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Handle project documentation, reports, variations, and claims
• Coordinate factory production and site installation activities
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed on site
• Resolve site issues and provide technical support when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in aluminium and glass projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glazing, shop drawings, and site installation
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and regulations
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
