Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings (G+8 & Above)

Role Overview
We are hiring a senior, execution-focused Project Manager to take complete ownership of high-rise construction projects (G+8 and above). This role covers the full project lifecycle—from mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the project end-to-end: schedule, cost, quality, safety, and statutory compliance
• Lead on-site execution, construction teams, subcontractors, and resources
• Manage client relationships, contracts, variations, claims, and project risks
• Control project budgets, cash flow, timelines, and recovery plans
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory authorities, HSE standards, and quality systems
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, commercial, and execution risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 11–15 years of total construction experience
• Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager delivering high-rise buildings (G+8 and above)
• Proven track record of personally delivered projects from start to handover
• Experience limited to coordination, documentation, or assisting senior managers will not be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
