PROJECT MANAGER

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will lead large-scale projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
• Ensure compliance with Oman’s building codes, labor laws, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Report progress and performance metrics to senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor and develop project teams to achieve excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of Oman’s construction laws, labor regulations, and permitting processes.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with sustainable construction and green building practices.
• Familiarity with international construction codes and standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
