Position Overview:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of underground utility projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Manage underground utility construction projects from start to finish.
· Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
· Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
· Coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and vendors.
· Review plans, specifications, and contracts.
· Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings.
· Approve invoices, change orders, and project documentation, Pay Apps.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in underground utility construction.
· Proven success managing civil infrastructure projects.
· Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and storm drain systems, field experience.
· Advanced computer skills required, including
spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $57,334.83 per year
