Job Description — Project Manager (Multi-Project, Client-Facing)

About the role:
Own delivery across multiple client projects, coordinating internal teams and client POCs. Drive plans, risks, metrics, and exec-ready updates; run Agile ceremonies; and ensure outcomes land on time with quality.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage multi-project delivery (scope/schedule/cost/quality) using Agile methods.

Build and maintain integrated project plans (Microsoft Project) and work item tracking (Jira).

Lead ceremonies: sprint planning/reviews, stand-ups, retros; manage RAID & change control.

Partner with client POCs and internal leads to unblock decisions and dependencies.

Publish weekly metrics (burn-up/burn-down, velocity, SLA/SLO, risk RAG, financials) and executive presentations.

Coordinate SIT/UAT, readiness checklists, and go-live runbooks; manage cutovers/hypercare.

Enforce governance: scope, quality gates, compliance, and communication cadence.
Qualifications & Experience

8–12 years in project/program management; 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects.

Proven client-facing experience with senior stakeholders; strong negotiation and escalation skills.

Hands-on with Microsoft Project and Jira (reports/dashboards a must).

Delivered projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban); familiarity with hybrid models.

Strong presentation skills; can create progress update decks and dashboards for execs.

Solid understanding of SDLC, environments (SIT/UAT/Prod), and release management.
Nice to Have

Certification: PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.

Exposure to data platforms, APIs, or integration projects.

Experience with Confluence, Power BI/QlikSense for reporting.
