Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RPA projects, from initial assessment and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document automation opportunities.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including RPA developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and testing of RPA solutions.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of RPA projects.
• Monitor project performance and identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in RPA project management.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering successful RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Understanding of RPA concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding and using JIRA tool.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
