Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for building construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate must hold UPDA Grade A certification , have strong project leadership experience, and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building construction projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for management
• Ensure compliance with PWA (Ashghal) requirements and Qatar construction regulations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field ( mandatory )
• UPDA Certification – Grade A ( mandatory )
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction projects
• Previous PWA (Ashghal) approval is preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and NOC are mandatory
