Job Summary

VX Studio Consultancy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and changes proactively
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, and local regulations
• Prepare and present project reports, timelines, and status updates to management and clients
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design, safety, and performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience (consultancy background preferred)
• Proven experience managing projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools
• PMP certification is a plus
