Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Civil) to oversee and lead

construction projects (High Rise Buildings, Villas etc.) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning,

coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish,

ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution,

monitoring, and closing.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure

project goals are met.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.

• Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or budget overruns.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control

procedures.

• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost

control.

• Supervise the project team, ensuring all team members adhere to project timelines and

work collaboratively.

• Review contracts, budgets, and schedules and ensure contractual obligations are met.

• Ensure quality assurance and control are maintained throughout all phases of the

project.

• Manage change orders, claims, and variations with clients and contractors.

• Conduct regular site inspections and attend meetings to review project status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience (10yrs to 15yrs) as a Project Engineer in the construction

industry(High Rise Buildings), preferably with experience in Dubai or the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s local building codes, regulations, and construction

practices.

• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract management.

• UAE driver’s license .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil/Site Engineer: 10 years (Preferred)
