Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing construction projects under the jurisdiction of CMW.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with CMW regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Supervising and coordinating construction activities with CMW personnel.
  • Managing construction documentation specific to CMW projects.
  • Implementing and enforcing CMW safety and security protocols.
  • Liaising with CMW authorities for project approvals and inspections.
  • Budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control in accordance with CMW guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working as projects manager on construction projects under CMW authority.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMW regulations, standards, and processes.
  • Strong project management skills specific to CMW projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with military construction specifications and requirements.
