Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing construction projects under the jurisdiction of CMW.
- Ensuring strict compliance with CMW regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Supervising and coordinating construction activities with CMW personnel.
- Managing construction documentation specific to CMW projects.
- Implementing and enforcing CMW safety and security protocols.
- Liaising with CMW authorities for project approvals and inspections.
- Budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control in accordance with CMW guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working as projects manager on construction projects under CMW authority.
- In-depth knowledge of CMW regulations, standards, and processes.
- Strong project management skills specific to CMW projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with military construction specifications and requirements.
