Summary
The Project Manager leads the delivery of technology-focused initiatives within a financial-services environment, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards. This role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor partners to manage the full project lifecycle, from concept and requirements through development, testing, implementation, and transition to operations. The Project Manager proactively manages risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies while maintaining clear and consistent stakeholder communication and ensuring all documentation and reporting remain accurate and up to date.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Lead delivery of technology projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, RAID logs, dependency tracking, communication plans, and status reports to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate project planning sessions, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional working meetings to maintain momentum.
- Coordinate closely with business partners, architecture teams, developers, QA, security, and vendors to manage requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, decisions, and change control, proactively escalating and resolving blockers.
- Maintain accurate project and portfolio data, ensuring transparency across senior leadership, product owners, and governance teams.
- Support implementation readiness activities, including testing coordination, operational handoff, training planning, and compliance/documentation reviews.
- Contribute to PMO standards, tools, and best practices

- With experience across the SDLC and exposure to Agile methods, you bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams while driving disciplined execution.
Qualifications- 3 years of experience managing technology projects, ideally within a financial-services or similarly regulated environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams, including vendors.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects through the full SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with proven ability to handle competing priorities.
- Proficiency with project-management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Clarity PPM)
- PMP and/or CSM certification.
- Experience managing projects related to core banking systems, digital banking, payment solutions, data platforms, or cloud technology.
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, security, and regulatory expectations in financial services.
- Experience delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits- Target salary range for this position will be $110,000 to $125,000, depending on qualifications.
- In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus eligibility with a target payout of 10%, based on company and individual performance
