· Position: Project Manager

· Experience: min 5 yrs

· Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

· Acceptable Notice Period: 30 days

Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects end-to-end
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
✔ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per specifications
✔ Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and risk management
✔ Review project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and progress reports
✔ Lead site teams and ensure effective resource utilization

Eligibility Criteria

✔ B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
✔ Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction/infrastructure projects
✔ Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and site management
✔ Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
