Job Description
A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects according to deadlines and within budget. The role involves coordinating team members, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
Manage project resources, budgets, and materials efficiently.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Prepare project reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
Basic knowledge of project management tools and methods.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
