Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. As a Project Manager at Maison Mirwad, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage logistics and expediting processes, inspect project progress, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure goals are achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for mitigating risks, resolving issues, and continuously improving project workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, with a proven ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and materials.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Inspection to ensure smooth supply chain operations and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in luxury goods, fragrance, or retail industries is highly desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
