Position Overview

Arillic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility federal recruitment and communications program supporting a national law enforcement client.

This role will oversee an integrated effort spanning advertising, outreach, events, analytics, and recruiter enablement, ensuring all activities work together to drive measurable recruitment outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and strong operator who can manage cross-functional teams, interface with senior government stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government, providing program leadership and strategic guidance
  • Oversee all aspects of program execution, including:
  • Recruitment marketing campaigns
  • National outreach and engagement efforts
  • Event planning and support
  • Data tracking, analytics, and reporting
  • Recruiter training and enablement initiatives
  • Ensure integration across all workstreams to support a cohesive recruitment pipeline
  • Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Provide regular briefings, reports, and performance updates to Government stakeholders
  • Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement through data and insights
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of communications, media, analytics, and outreach professionals
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and federal compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing federal contracts, preferably in communications, marketing, or recruitment programs
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Project Manager or Task Order Manager on multi-functional government efforts
  • Strong understanding of federal communications, outreach, or recruitment initiatives
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors
  • Proven ability to engage with and brief senior government stakeholders
  • Experience with program performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting law enforcement, defense, or national security clients
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing or workforce development programs
  • Experience with digital marketing, media campaigns, or analytics platforms
  • Background in change management, training, or process improvement
  • PMP or similar certification

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a hybrid setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Chosen candidate will be provided a laptop for work.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is largely a sedentary role.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This will vary depending on project timeline.

SALARY

All salary and benefits will be discussed during interviews. Salary will be based on commensurate experience. Only full time employees are eligible for benefits programs.

TRAVEL

Work will be primarily virtual with some on-site work pefromed at DHS HQ. Occasional OCONUS travel may be required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
