The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget constraints, and stakeholder expectations. This role involves managing resources, mitigating risks, and delivering projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
Oversee adherence to project documentation standards and ensure timely completion of deliverables and generation of CoC
Address stakeholder concerns promptly and align project goals with their expectations.
Evaluate and document team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
Lead, manage and execute the specific projects/ tasks assigned by the management from time to time
Ensure timely publishing of key reports and dashboards for 2P LT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT services sector. Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills, Proficiency in project management tools, Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, Knowledge of IT services and project delivery methodologies
