Project Manager

Devritech Pvt Limited is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects efficiently while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Shift: Night Shift (09:00 PM - 06:00 AM)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows, processes, and documentation.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of web development or digital projects is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
