Senior HSW Manager

The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and implement health and wellbeing policies, standards and guidance across the Group.
• Deliver Group-wide programmes and projects to planned timeframes and budgets, supporting operational business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and HSW functions to enable effective support for clients across all geographies.
• Analyse data from surveys, audits and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met to quality, time and budget.
• Embed sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives, contributing to Mace’s net zero transition goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Experience of International and Middle East, Large scale projects.
• Professional qualification or equivalent, with evidence of continuous development.
• Extensive experience delivering health and wellbeing programmes and managing organisational performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with risk management, budgetary control and stakeholder influence expertise.
• Knowledge of legislation, sustainability, and integration of wellbeing with inclusion and safety practices.
