Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget constraints, and stakeholder expectations. This role involves managing resources, mitigating risks, and delivering projects on time while maintaining quality standards.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

Identify and allocate project resources, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project objectives.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.

Ensure smooth project execution by adhering to approved timelines, budgets, and scope.

Document project progress, key decisions, and challenges, maintaining accurate records in the project management system.

Prepare and submit regular status reports and escalation logs to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and issues.

Oversee adherence to project documentation standards and ensure timely completion of deliverables and generation of CoC

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and post-mortems.

Address stakeholder concerns promptly and align project goals with their expectations.

Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to enhance performance.

Monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for training or development.

Evaluate and document team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Lead, manage and execute the specific projects/ tasks assigned by the management from time to time

Ensure timely publishing of key reports and dashboards for 2P LT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT services sector. Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects is a plus

Strong leadership and team management skills, Proficiency in project management tools, Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, Knowledge of IT services and project delivery methodologies

SDLC understanding and software projects execution awareness
