We are partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech expanding its footprint into Saudi Arabia. With a live B2B Buy Now Pay Later product already in market, they are now looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of their SME stream and drive cross-functional execution across the business.

You’ll act as the central point of coordination across Sales, Risk, Finance and Operations, driving execution, defining operating models, removing blockers and ensuring scalable growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the SME B2B BNPL product
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Risk, Finance and Operations
• Define and optimise operating models, workflows and governance structures
• Track KPIs, performance metrics and operational efficiency
• Identify blockers and proactively resolve issues across departments
• Lead initiatives independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Prepare executive-level updates and strategic recommendations

What we’re looking for:

• Background in fintech or tech scale-ups
• Experience owning products or major cross-functional workstreams
• Strong leadership presence
• Comfortable with speed, ambiguity and constant change
• Able to drive teams and hold stakeholders accountable
• Strong analytical capability and commercial awareness
