Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Facilities Management Services
Reports to: Operations Manager / Senior Management

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage cleaning, maintenance, and hospitality service projects, implementing best professional practices, CAFM systems, and international standards to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans for cleaning, maintenance, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare and manage schedules for all services, ensuring efficient task allocation.
  • Supervise and monitor teams, including cleaning staff, maintenance technicians, and hospitality personnel.
  • Utilize CAFM systems to manage work orders, assets, and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Apply British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards for cleaning operations.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with health, safety, and technical standards.
  • Manage inventory for cleaning, hospitality supplies, and equipment.

Cleaning Standards & Procedures:

  • Ensure proper knowledge and use of cleaning tools and equipment in institutional environments.
  • Supervise safe handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee organization and professional arrangement of cleaning trolleys and equipment.
  • Ensure proper cleaning of:
  • Offices and meeting rooms
  • Entrances and corridors
  • Restrooms and sanitary facilities
  • Shared and common areas
  • Implement daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain continuous cleanliness.
  • Ensure rapid response to emergency situations such as spills, malfunctions, or complaints.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality compliance.

Hospitality Services Procedures:

  • Ensure readiness and cleanliness of hospitality areas.
  • Supervise preparation of materials (coffee, tea, water).
  • Monitor staff adherence to professional appearance and behavior.
  • Prepare meeting rooms before scheduled meetings.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise cleaning and organization of tools and spaces after service.
  • Monitor hospitality supplies and minimize waste.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing cleaning, maintenance, or hospitality projects.
  • CAFM certification or practical experience with facility management systems.
  • BICSc certification or equivalent for professional cleaning standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
