Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Telecom Projects)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in telecom projects
• Proven experience in Tower erection and relocation
• Solar and hybrid power projects
• Experience working with telecom operators such as STC, Zain, TAWAL, or similar

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to final handover
• Develop and monitor project schedules and execution plans
• Control project budgets and optimize costs
• Supervise civil and telecom site activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management
• Manage risks and ensure quality standards
• Oversee handover and acceptance processes
