Project Manager

As the Execution & Systems Lead, your job is to be the bridge between vision and reality. You are the architect of the "how" and the guardian of the "when."

Your Role: Turning Vision into Structure

You will be the engine of the organization. Your success is measured by the consistency and quality of our output.

• Plan Translation: Take high-level strategic ideas and deconstruct them into actionable, step-by-step plans.
• Operational Rigor: Manage tasks, deadlines, and delivery across the board. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• System Architecture: You don’t just manage the current workflow; you build the systems and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that allow us to scale without breaking.
• Team Synchronization: Ensure every team member is executing consistently and hitting their milestones.
• Radical Ownership: You take full responsibility for getting things done, from inception to completion.
