Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and hospitality Design, with a proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion. This role requires knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel, Power Point, Word, Project and design specification software and Gantt charts. Must be passionate about driving project success and fostering collaboration, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Utilize Lean methodologies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
• Design program frameworks that align with organizational goals and enhance project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Some travel to jobs required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Smartsheets, Gantt Charts, Project Management
• Familiar with design specification software
• Experience with project management tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A degree in Project Management, Interior Design, or related preferred

Pay: $55,097.87 - $66,354.43 per year
