Project Manager

• Lead the planning phase of projects, defining project scope and objectives in alignment with stakeholder requirements to ensure all projects deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure projects stay on track and achieve desired outcomes.
  
• Coordinate with team members, assign tasks to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
  
• Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders, to provide updates on project status, changes, and issues.
  
• Assist in developing project management processes and tools to enhance the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and strategies.
  
• Develop project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMO environment.
  
• Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
  
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationships.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
