Project Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards.
• Oversee site operations and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage contract administration, variations, and claims.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and reporting to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
• Ensure effective cost control and value engineering.
• Supervise and mentor project teams and engineers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior/project management role.
• Strong experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale projects in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management (FIDIC preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6/MS Project).
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals.

Preferred:

• PMP Certification (or equivalent)
• Membership with recognized engineering bodies
• UAE Driving License

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
