Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Hiring Immediately.
• "Must have Abu Dhabi Practising Engineering Card issued by the Municipality with Minimum of 10 Years Experience"
• Must have relevant experience in Construction of Commercial Towers preferably with the Basements.
• Strong Experience in the Execution of Projects with minimum supervision.
• Good Communication Skills in Dealing with Clients & Consultants
• Good Knowledge of Project Scheduling by Using Primavera P6
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and records of project activities.
• Lead and manage project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors. Foster collaboration and teamwork among team members.
• Bonus will be provided based on the good project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering ( Equivalency Certificate from Abu Dhabi Higher Education Authority is Mandatory Requirement)
• Society of Engineering (UAE) Membership Required.
• Abu Dhabi Municipality Registration Card Required.
• Minimum 10 Years of UAE Experience as a Civil Engineer, & Commercial Towers.
• Valid UAE Driving License

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
