Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of financial performance, client relationships, and overall project success.
This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are properly scoped, planned, financially managed, and delivered professionally.
Responsibilities
Preconstruction & Estimating
- Lead project estimating and scope development
- Solicit, level, and analyze subcontractor bids for accuracy and coverage
- Build detailed budgets and client facing proposals
- Identify scope gaps, risks, and constructability issues early
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing and project strategy
Financial Management
- Own full project financial performance from buyout to closeout
- Develop and maintain job budgets
- Track costs, commitments, and projections in real time
- Manage change orders
- Maintain profitability and identify issues early
Client Management
- Serve as primary client contact for the project
- Build strong relationships that foster trust and repeat work
- Communicate updates and issues clearly
- Manage expectations and overall client satisfaction
Project Coordination
- Execute projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption
- Coordinate work around active operations, staff, and residents
- Align resources - materials, trades, and timelines
- Lead Project Superintendent and Subcontractors in successful project execution
- Support scheduling and planning with Field Leads and Subcontractors
- Remove obstacles and keep projects moving smoothly
Project Oversight
- Oversee multiple projects with the support of Project Superintendent
- Align budget, schedule, and field execution
- Adjust sequencing to maintain progress in active enviroments
- Identify risks and implement creative solutions
- Consistently drive projects to successful completion
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience
- Strong estimating and budgeting experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Understanding of construction sequencing
- Strong financial awareness
- Experience with project management software like BuilderTrend or ProCore
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare or occupied renovations
- Multi-site project management
- Cost-plus or negotiated work

- Schedules are actively managed-not just tracked-and adjusted as needed to maintain progress

- Projects are well-organized with strong documentation and job cost tracking
- Work is executed professionally in active, occupied enviornments with minimal disruption
- Projects close out cleanly, on time, and without loose ends

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
