Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be the driving force behind project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget parameters. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will be essential to successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project progression
• Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking tools like Primavera and Civil 3D to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks
• Manage change orders, procurement processes, and cost estimates utilizing construction estimating tools like ProCore and Bluebeam
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track

Experience

• Proven experience in construction project management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects
• Demonstrated proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools
• Solid understanding of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration
• Hands-on construction site experience with a keen eye for detail in safety practices and quality control
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects
• Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams
• Prior experience managing project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar platforms is highly desirable
