Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects, exhibition stands, and event management assignments. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also entails maintaining quality standards, coordinating with vendors and clients, and resolving project challenges to ensure exceptional results for every assignment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee all stages of a project, from initiation to completion
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and compliance with project timelines
• Expertise in Inspection and quality assurance processes to meet project specifications
• Experience with Logistics Management, including coordinating transportation, procurement, and supply chain activities
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the interior design or event management industry is a strong advantage

Work Location: In person
