Project Manager

• Seeking a highly organized and creative Exhibition Project Manager with strong graphic design skills to lead and execute exhibition projects from concept through completion.
• This role combines project management with hands-on design responsibilities to ensure high-quality, visually engaging, and strategically aligned exhibition experiences.
• Lead end-to-end project management for exhibitions, trade shows, installations, and event displays.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and logistics for exhibition materials and services.
• Conduct on-site supervision during setup and takedown as needed.
• Ensure all projects meet brand standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

Preferred:

• Experience working with exhibition stand builders, printers, and fabricators.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations for exhibitions.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-organised friendly exhibition design practices.
• With joinery or construction background and capable of a handling a construction team.
