Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with strong expertise in Interior Fit-Out projects to lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, cost control, quality assurance, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and machinery utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress compliance.
• Supervise subcontractors and resolve technical or coordination issues promptly.
• Review project drawings, RFIs, inspections, and site documentation.
• Track project costs and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, estimation, procurement, and site teams.
• Lead and guide Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors for efficient execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, site management, and coordination.
• Experience in handling subcontractors, consultants, and client communications.
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, estimation, and project scheduling.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
