Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil Construction) to manage planning and execution of large-scale construction projects. The role involves handling pre-construction activities, execution planning, site management, and project delivery with strong focus on quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, construction execution, and site management activities.
• Manage pre-construction planning, tendering, budgeting, and cost control.
• Develop construction execution plans, work schedules, and resource planning.
• Oversee site activities including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, procurement, and project control teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Handle variations, claims, and change management when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience: Overall 12+ years in civil construction projects and Minimum 6 Years as Project Manager in UAE.

Residential ,Commercial, Industrial, and Infrastructure construction

Strong experience in project planning, execution, tendering, and budgeting

Familiar with UAE construction codes and authority requirements

DM G+12 or Unlimited license preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
