The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with development, design, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance summaries.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth workflow management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in software development, digital marketing, technology, or agency environments will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications will be considered an advantage.
