Core Responsibilities:
Project Management

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality metrics.

Facilitate effective alignment and reporting on projects and ensures that execution is at all times within stated timelines, quality and budgets.

Manage project scope through formal change control processes to prevent scope creep and maintain project integrity.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project requirements.
Monitoring and Control

Implement robust project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress against planned milestones and deliverables.

Conduct regular project status meetings to review progress, address issues, and align stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project health and performance.

Identify variances from project plans and implement corrective actions to maintain project trajectory.

Monitor and report on project progress and budgets to assigned steering committees as per the agreed timelines and reporting formats.

A post-implementation review evaluates a project after it has been fully implemented and stabilized in the production environment.

Inform project team and senior management of reaching important project milestone, develop and share case studies based on project lessons learnt on order to support knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement

Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.

Contribute to the development and refinement of project management standards and methodologies.

Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge and enhance project management capabilities.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business, processes, productivity and cost reduction.
Reporting
-
Develop comprehensive project status reports for various stakeholder groups, tailoring content to audience needs.

Create and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, issue logs, and change requests.

Prepare executive summaries highlighting key project achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet operational / business requirements, policies and standers.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required
-
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred
-
PRINCE2 certification advantageous
-
3 - 6 years of relevant experience in project management
