We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager. is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology and digital transformation projects within ADEK’s Smart & Connected Education Ecosystem. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with ADEK’s strategic priorities and governance frameworks. By effectively managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, the Project Manager drives the successful realization of project objectives and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Planning & Execution
· Develop comprehensive project charters, plans, schedules, and resource allocations in accordance with ADEK’s PMO methodologies.
· Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
· Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
· Track progress using ADEK’s approved project management tools (e.g., MS Project, PMO365, Azure DevOps).
B. Governance & Risk Management
· Ensure projects comply with ADEK’s governance, change control, and reporting standards.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, risk registers, and issue logs.
· Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and variances; develop and implement mitigation plans.
· Provide regular project updates to PMO, Steering Committees, and Executive Management.
C. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
· Act as the primary point of contact between business owners, technical teams, and vendors.
· Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across internal divisions .
· Support contract and procurement alignment
· Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, documented, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
D. Vendor & Resource Management
· Oversee third-party vendors and ensure deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.
· Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects to optimize performance and minimize conflicts.
· Monitor vendor SLAs and report deviations or non-compliance to the PMO Manager.
E. Quality Assurance & Delivery Validation
· Ensure deliverables undergo proper quality assurance, testing, and user acceptance validation.
· Support post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned documentation.
· Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and templates within TSS.
F. Reporting & Performance Tracking
· Provide periodic project status reports highlighting progress, issues, and key metrics.
· Contribute to PMO dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio-level reporting.
· Ensure financial tracking aligns with approved budgets and procurement frameworks.
G. Strategic & Operational Capabilities
· Drive Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies and digital solutions to enhance business processes, improve service delivery, and create new opportunities for growth.
· Improve Digital Experience: Leverage digital tools to provide seamless, engaging, and personalized experiences for stakeholders, ensuring user-centric service design.
· Enhance Operational Efficiency: Use digital technologies and data-driven insights to streamline operations, reduce costs, automate processes, and enhance overall productivity.
· Support Business Goals: Align digital transformation initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring that technology investments drive strategic goals, improve competitiveness, and maximize business value.
· Promote Digital Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement by encouraging employees to embrace digital tools, upskilling, and a transformation mindset.
· Maintain Demand Planning: Maintain a structured demand planning framework to anticipate and manage IT and digital transformation needs, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with business priorities.
· Execute TSS Strategy: Drive TSS Strategy, ensuring that digital initiatives align with enterprise goals, IT governance, and future technology trends.
· Lead Research & Emerging Trends: Conduct research and benchmarking on digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and informed decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
· Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
· 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in IT or digital transformation environments.
· Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in complex organizational settings.
· Exposure to both agile and waterfall methodologies, including hybrid project delivery models.
· Experience in government or education sector projects is an advantage.
Certifications / Tools
· PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile Project Management certification required.
· Familiarity with MS Project, Azure DevOps, PMO365, or equivalent project management tools.
· Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 2000 and COBIT frameworks preferred.
