One of our clients is looking to hire a
Project Manager
for their team. Below is the job description:
Job Accountabilities:
1. Project Handling
-
Act as representative during the implementation of the security ELV Projects.

Define functional specifications for projects in liaison with client and ensure clear communication on clarification of technical interfaces with the stakeholder, Consultants and/or contractor for future discrepancies.

Liaison with project personnel responsible for implementation of the project tasks, liaison with Office for proposals on a regular basis.

Ensure preparation of all drawings SOW, Project Plan, procurement plan, Cost To Complete, Monthly report, Manpower Histogram, managing project team and guide them to assure achieved project milestone and deliverable, site coordination works.

Manage situations at all circumstances.

Key point of contact; and ensure that no complaints is raised.
2. Site Survey, client visit / Planning
-
Conduct site survey, prepare assessment reports and identify suitable security solutions based on requirements and site conditions if any or reporting.

Follow up, spot checks on-going activities for quality control; coordinate the definition of an appropriate monitoring system for the project with the appropriate plans of follow-up indicators, Update indicators, achievements, activities and results according to the project Log.

Co-ordinate with client for the risk assessment and Plan when necessary to understand and analyze the security and IT the requirements of the client reporting to our office, plan workshops along with client and relevant stakeholder to identify needs for further or specific training, equipment, support, and elaborate terms of orientation.

Prepare and plan daily task for the team and assure its has been achieved, monitor the team with the attendance.
4. Project Monitoring and Reporting

Track project invoicing and collection

Assure all project report has been submitted on time.

Align with client for any new requirement and plan the procurement accordingly

Work on development new inquiries from client

Achieve client expectations of the inspection
Desired profile:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics’ and Communication / Electrical / IT Engineering
-
PMP Certification Preferred, SIRA, MCC Certified
-
3 -4 Years of industry experience in PM, or as Maintenance manager
-
5-8 plus years of related industry experience of CCTV and ACS, AI Of CCTV etc.

Strong knowledge of ELV systems and integration

Vendor acoustic and good connection
-
