During busy periods, project managers should expect workloads that can range from 40–60 hours per week, depending on production volume, weather events, and project schedules.

We offer overtime opportunities with time-and-a-half pay for qualifying hours, allowing motivated team members to increase their earnings while helping us deliver exceptional service to our homeowners.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that is scaling rapidly. The person who joins us today will have the opportunity to help build our production department, shape systems and processes, and grow into future leadership roles as the company expands.
